Research Abstract |
This research project explores obstructive or promotional factor for absorption of knowledge at recipient side, such as foreign subsidiary and its member, in case of international transfer of sticky knowledge from home headquarters, such as decision-making, best practices, management principles, core technology, by observing diverse (multinational) company and diverse knowledge transfer flow, such as knowledge transfer involving intermediate organization (regional or business headquarters) and transfer of small-medium enterprise to its subsidiary in emerging economies.
