Research Abstract |
In case of JVs, we should pay attention to not only the relationship between parent organizations but also subsidiaries, because it sometimes shows its own development. In other words, knowledge transfer happens among parent organizations and their subsidiaries. We showed this with the case of NUUMI, a JV between Toyota and GM.
