Grant-in-Aid for Young Scientists (B)
A comparative study on the acquisition of leadership competence for academic administrators have been conducted with finding the effectiveness of text based online courseware. On the contrary to the conventional approaches as typified by case methods, online text and descriptive exercise are significantly effective for current academic administrators in higher education institutions in Japan.
