Research Abstract |
The target of this project is to explore spin-related and electron correlated physics in transport properties of multiply coupled quantum dots. We have investigated (1) Resonance-hybrid states formed in two- and three-electron laterally coupled triple vertical quantum dot, (2) Three-electron spin blockade in a double quantum dot and (3) Two and three-electron spin blockades in series coupled triple quantum dot device.
