Reaction of Cp(CO)Fe(GePh_3)(py) with HBpin afforded the iron(IV) hydrido complex Cp(CO)Fe(H)(GePh_3)(Bpin). On the other hand, photoreaction of HBpin with 3 equimolar amount of Et_3SiH for 3 days at 5 ℃ in the presence of 10 mol% of Cp(
