Research Abstract |
In one part of this project, we have examined the binding of several different ligands such as flavones and naphthyridines to AP-site-containing DNA, RNA or DNA/RNA hybrid duplexes. The other part of this project is to develop new kinds of aptasensors based on these ligands and engineered AP-site-containing aptamers.
