Research Abstract |
To diagnose cancer in earlier stage, valid imaging method is required. Hypoxia is the indicator for solid cancer. Thus, I focused on develop ‘quantitative’ imaging probe for hypoxia. Developed novel hypoxia probe showed ratiometric and reversible response to O2, successfully applied to in cell and in vivo imaging of hypoxia.
