Research Abstract |
Crosslink forming oligonucleotide (CFO) was used for target gene specific Inhibition of microRNA (miRNA) functions. The method can interfere with specific miRNA-mRNA interactions by recognizing the sequences unique to the 3'-UTR that are inherent in each mRNAs.
