Research Abstract |
To realize efficient organic image sensors, we investigated a doping method of silole derivative in the organic photoconductive device. As a result, we achieved the high external quantum efficiency of over 50% by optimizing the ionization potential of silole derivative. In addition, the improved carrier separation efficiency wasobserved by measuring the transient absorption spectrum at picosecond time scale.
