Research Abstract |
This research showed improvements for measurement accuracy of Quarz Crystal Microbalance. We proposed phase locked type quarz crystal microbalance which could detect whit mass less than several nanograms. In the results, we showed that it could detect a mass change of 1ng as a voltage change of several volts. We suggested technique to cancel the capacity between the electrode and really demonstrated that the oscillator could oscillate.
