Research Abstract |
The effects of transition metals (Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd) substitution for Ru site in RuGa2 have been investigated. Indeed, we have obtained n-type material of ZTmax = 0.31 through Ir substitution for Ru. Also, ZT for RuGa3, FeGa3, and RuIn3 compounds as p-and n-type materials has been enhanced by carrier doping.
