Research Abstract |
In this study, we utilized in vivo imaging techniques and Drosophila molecular genetics to address molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying dendrite remodeling triggered by degradation of basement membranes, and found that spatial distributions of basement membranes correlated with dendritic branch behaviors during the dendrite remodeling.
