Research Abstract |
Fluorescent X-ray analysis of rice egg and ovaries before and after fertilization cleared important zinc binding protein during fertilization and early embryogenesis. Concentration of zinc and copper was high in an embryo 1 day after fertilization and importance of zinc for normal embryogenesis was cleared.
