Research Abstract |
Three novel catalytic systems composed of first-row transition metal and organo-redox mediator have been developed. The catalytic systems can oxidize compound via [1e+1e] mechanism to produce attractive medicinal building blocks in short steps, such as non-natural ?-amino acid surrogate, C(2)-andC(3)-functionalized amines.
