Research Abstract |
We have developed a new type of analytical probegene expression -so called FF hybrid probe-that functions through a fluorous separation technique. This probe is consisted of oligonucletotide, fluorescein and perfluorooctyl chain (fluorous tag). By using this probe, sensitive, precise and comprehensive analysis of gene expression could be analyzed.
