Research Abstract

Polyamines (putrescine, spermidine, spermine) play important roles in cell proliferation and differentiation. In this study, identification and characterization of polyamine transport system in mammalian cells, and effect of heparan sulfate on spermine transport have been studied. New findings in this study have been described below.
