P-glycoprotein (P-gp) is a member of the ABC transporters and transports several anticancer drugs. Overexpression of P-gp in cancer cells contributes resistance to the anticancer agents. This study aimed to clarify the mechanisms o(1) P-gp wasrecognized by SCFFBX15, ubiquitinated by Ube2r1/Cdc34/Ubc3 and then degraded by the proteasome;(2) expression of the protein dephosphorylation complex PP5/PPP2R3Clowered P-gp expression.
