Research Abstract |
We found that secondary antibody responses were enhanced in Rap1-effector RAPL and Mst1-/- mice. The fact that LFA-1-/- B cells showed normal germinal center and memory B cell generation suggests LFA-independent regulation of B cell response in enhanced antibody production of RAPL and Mst1-/- mice.
