Research Abstract |
In this project, system for detecting virulence factors of periodontopathicbacteria by using optical fiber surface plasmon resonance sensor (optical fiber SPR sensor) has been developed. We used o uter membrane protein A (OmpA) a s scaffo ld protein possessed binding domain for IgG at its constant region . Consequently, we successfully created a standard curve that is required for quantification of FDF.
