Research Abstract |
We have investigated ‘Extended antigen presentation (EAP)’, a new mechanism of naive T cell activation, using two pairs of cognate antigens and antigen-specific T cells, TEa and OT-II. In this project, we used third antigen-specific T cells; 2D2. With three Tcells model, we proved antigen dependency and universality of EAP.
