KeywordsCCR9 / CCL25 / ケモカイン / 関節炎 / 関節リウマチ
Research Abstract

Stimulation with CCL25 enhanced production of inflammatoy mediators from synoviocytes or monocytes and also enhanced osteoclastogenesis. Blocking of CCR9 inhibited murine collagen-induced arthritis. CCR9 antagonist reduced migration of macrophages into the synovial tissue of the mice with arthritis.
