Research Abstract |
It is known that most Helicobacter. pylori strains are cagA positivein Japan. Therefore I selected several candidate virulent genes which were supposed to be beneficial in Japan, and I evaluated these genes with a large number of samples fromthe US, Colombia, and Japan population. Secondary I developed a method which evaluates a number of pathogenic genes at once.
