Research Abstract |
Melanoma is an immunogenic tumor. On the other hands, it expressesmany unknown immnunosuppressive factors. In this research, we have identified some novelimmnunosuppressive factors expressed by melanoma cells, and revealed that inhibition forthem elicited anti-melanoma immune-response. Our findings may contribute to developingan effective treatment for melanoma.
