Research Abstract |
A clinical trial of a novel immunotherapy for stage IV melanoma patients using dendritic cells recognizing a human melanoma cell line was conducted in corporation with the department of hematology. A local ethics committee approved this study. This study revealed a part of regulatory T cell in this study.
