Outline of Final Research Achievements

The feasibility of myocardial imaging of radiolabeled anti HIF-1 antibidy was evaluated. In acute infarction model, significant uptake signal from infarct myocardium was observed, but in chronic myocardial infarction model, myocardial imaging was not detectable. Anti HIF-1 imaging was thought to feasible in acute phase, but not in chronic phase. We also performed comparison study for total occlusion and re-perfusion model. There was significant myocardial signal uptake in re-perfusion model, but not in total occlusion model.
