A possible mechanism of donor-specific tolerance by donor-specific transfusion (DST) is to be induced by donor-derived CD11b+cells due to an expansion of regulatory T cells in recipient, this mechanism is considered that recipient Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase positive dendritic cells play an important role
