Research Abstract

We design liver tissue in vitro using ADSC, iPS-ADSC and transplant into recipient as composite graft. Furthermore we transplant ADSC, iPS-ADSC directly into the liver of a patient with liver failure. As a result, wecan achieve a safe liver transplantation.
