Research Abstract

In our experiment, we could establish the experimental model of fibrosis mouse by introducing CCl4 orally to mice. By changing the introduction time, we could make F1 to F4 mice.
In basic science, the experimental model was utilized to suppress the fibrosis stage, and there was no experiments focused on liver regeneration. However, in clinical situations, we need to focus on the fibrosis stage to perform hepatectomy, as background liver status is usually injured for virus infection. In our experiments, we could analyze liver regeneration based on the different fibrosis stage. Our experiment achieved the novel strategy for hepatectomy based on the background fibrosis stage.
