Research Abstract |
Isocitrate dehydrogenase IDHmutations occur in low-grade gliomas. However, specific mAbs against mutated IDH1 have not been reported. In this study, we established anti-mutated IDH1-specific mAbs HMab-1 and SMab-1, which are useful in immunohistochemistry of glioma.
