Research Abstract |
We developed a bio-engineered prosthesis with autologous chondrocytes and evaluate its effects on laryngeal regeneration by implantation into the tracheal defects of rabbits. As a result, regeneration of laryngeal cartilage. Regenerated cartilage can function as a frame for the trachea.
