We carried out multi-stage genome-wide association study and identified four susceptible loci to keloid. Among the four loci, we identified the new long non-coding RNA genes in one locus. These genes showed higher expression in keloid tissues than normal skin tissues and contributed to accelerate the fibroblast cell proliferation. Microarray analysisrevealed these genes involved in keloid formation through Wnt signaling pathway
