Research Abstract |
Rho kinse-inhibited cells increased the migration rate as compared to the control cells in the wound healing assay. Moreover, Rho kinase-inhibited cells showed activation of cofilinin western blotting. Inhibition of Rho kinase promoted cell migration and wound healing in DM model mouse. These data showed that inhibition of Rho kinase have positive effects in wound healing.
