Research Abstract |
Though The conventional automated turbidimetric-kinetic assay required 119 minutes to measure endotoxin of 1.0pg/ml, but measurement time was shortened more than 30 minutes by ESP using the protein addition preparation , the sensitivity of the measurement increased as compared with a traditional approach, too.
