Research Abstract |
POEM(pre-osteoblast epidermal growth factor-like repeat protein with meprin, A5 protein, and receptor protein-tyrosine phosphatase u domain) gene expression was suppressed by TNF-a via NF-kB. Previously, we reported that TGF-ss also suppressed POEM gene expression via ERK1/2 and JNK. Furthermore, we showed that POEM expression suppressed by TGF-ss via smad2.
