Research Abstract |
Palmitic acid, a saturated fatty acid, enhanced Porphyromonas gingivalis LPS-induced IL-6 production in murine macrophage-like cells. Vaspin, anadipocytes-derived cytokine, inhibited the RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis in RAW 264.7 cells and bone marrow cells.
