Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to develop a scale for self-perceived burden in terminally ill cancer patients. Clarifying the concept of self-perceived burden, developing item pool, and examining the face validity and concept validity, the scale for self-perceived burden in terminally ill cancer patients was developed. The scale for self-perceived burden in terminally ill cancer patients is significant and practically feasible even through its applicability and validity need to be further confirmed.
