A computational analysis for a time trajectory of fluorescence intensity emitted from nitrogen-vacancy center in fluorescent diamond nanoparticle was evaluated for investigating quantitatively rotational fluctuation on the particle. We found that it is possible to clarify a slow rotation by analyzing the spectra taken for a living sample. As for random fluctuation, the autocorrelation function reveals different relaxation times dependent on a dimensionality of complex constituted of multiple NVCs’ in theparticle.
