Research Abstract |
We developed a synthetic route to one-dimensional semiconductor superlattice nanowires. For example, we selectively synthesized Bi2Te3 nanowires and nanotubes from same molecular precursors by controlling their reactivity. Enhanced Seebeck coefficients were observed for the Bi2Te3 nanowire superstructures.
