Research Abstract

This research solved the development process of the modern company by making the cotton-spinning industry in the early 20th century applicable to analysis. The obtained result is the following.
(1) Shareholders meeting continued maintaining the monitoring function by the stockholders.
(2) The directors and the auditors decreased the asymmetric information between a main funders and a manager.
(3) By utilization of middle management, the average cost of the production organization fell and its productivity improved.
