Research Abstract |
To understand intracellular dynamics of plant cell under cold conditions, cold-induced organelle relocation movements were studied in the liverwort Marchantia polymorpha L. Our findings revealed that chloroplasts, nucleus and peroxisomes concurrently change their positions in the cell after cold treatments.
