Research Abstract |
In order to identify novel molecular components operating in the CLV3 signaling pathway, I have performed mutational screens for insensitivity to synthetic CLV3 peptide. Genetic, molecular and biochemical analyses of cli2 revealed a part of intracellular signaling downstream of CLV3.
