Research Abstract |
Cell culture from oyster hepatopancreas tissue was examined for the development of concentration method of norovirus. The cells derived from oyster hepatopancereas tissue survived and grew well in LDF medium (50%D-MEM, 35% F-12, 15% L-15) supplemented with 10% FBS, 10μg/ml insulin, 10 nM sodium selenite, 5.5μg/ml Transferrin, 2 mM GlutaMax,0.1x MEM-non essential amino acid, and 50 ng/ml FGF or EGF.
