Research Abstract |
We showed that EMT-MET switch are regulated by promoter methylation status of CpG island of miR-200c family and expression of miR-200c in metastatic sites is significantly higher than that in primary sites. In addition, we demonstrated that serum miR-200c has a strong potential to serve as a noninvasive biomarker for CRC prognosis and predicting metastasis.
