Research Abstract |
We have developed a novel thermosensitive liposome formulation(HaT). To further extend our study, we proposed the new liposome formulation with more stability in the liposome. In traditional method to make doxorubixin(DOX)-loaded liposome, pH gradient is usually used. In contrast, transient metal complex-mediated retention in liposome is attractive technology in the field of liposome. We tried to encapsulate DOX in HaT liposome by using copper ion gradient.
