Research Abstract |
ALP activity and the expression of bone-related molecules increased on ACH. At 3 weeks, ACH showed bone formation the most, and were observed newly bone surrounding osteopontin immunostained osteoblasts. ACH promoted greater differentiation ofosteoblast-like cells compared to AS in vitro, and showed an excellent newly bone formation in vivo.
