Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、センシングと出力の機能を兼ね備えた究極性能のフレキシブルセンサシステ
ムを実現して、ワイヤレスでのデータ読み出しを必要としない自律型フレキシブルセンサシ
ステムを実現することを目指す。具体的には、高感度のフレキシブルセンサと、有機発光素子を用いた表示素子を縦型に集積化した高精細かつ高感度のフレキシブルセンサシステムを作製する。フレキシブルセンサと有機発光素子をダメージフリーのプロセスで集積化することで、センシングした物理量を発光強度として出力可能な自立型フレキシブルセンサシステムを実現する。
