Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではこれまでの1次元/2次元ナノカーボンマテリアルを2次元半導体マテリアルに拡大した高信頼な低次元ナノマテリアルの可飽和吸収／光非線形性を最大限に利活用した可変・集積デバイス化を進めるとともに、2022年度までの基盤研究Ｓで発展させてきたデジタルフロンティア光計測を量子技術の導入によりさらに発展させたデジタルフォトニクス技術の確立を目指す。
