Outline of Research at the Start

金属材料を強化するために「コア-シェル構造組織」の利用を試みる。このような第二相組織の制御によって、それを起点とする延性破壊が抑制されれば、均一伸びと局部伸びのトレード・オフ関係を打破し、高強度と高加工性を兼ね備えた新しい構造材料の創成が可能となる。本申請ではとくに、「部分マルテンサイト変態と二相域焼鈍からなる二段熱処理法」を発展させると共に、特性発現の機構を実験的・理論的に解明することを目指す。
