Outline of Research at the Start

ヒト精神疾患を症状や経過に依らず、生物学的特性に基づくバイオタイプで分類できれば、生物学的理解、疾患の細分類と創薬、個別化医療が実現するものと期待されている。そこで本課題では、精神疾患モデルマウスにおいて、ヒトバイオタイプを反映し、基礎・臨床双方向にトランスレータブルな表現型を見出し、バイオタイプのメカニズム制御の究明を通じて、治療・診断法、治療薬の開発に繋げることを目指す。
