Outline of Research at the Start

エストロゲン受容体（ER）陽性乳がんは、女性ホルモンのエストロゲンを増殖に必要とするため枯渇療法で寛解するが、高い頻度で再発する。この再発乳がんにはエストロゲン投与療法が有効である。これらの過程では、核内長鎖ノンコーディングRNAエレノアによる遺伝子の発現制御が重要な役割を果たす。本研究では、エレノア-タンパク質-ゲノムDNAの3者複合体による分子濃縮体形成とその意義を明らかにする。また、前立腺がんとの関連の解明に取り組む。
